Mercantile Bank, Zenith Islami Life Ins ink deal

Mercantile Bank Limited has recently signed an agreement with Zenith Islami Life Insurance Company Limited.

The agreement was signed by Adil Raihan, Deputy Managing Director and CSBO of the Bank, and Md. Faruk Ahmed, Senior DGM and Head of Finance & Accounts of Zenith Islami Life Insurance, on behalf of their respective organizations at MBL’s Head Office, Dhaka.

As per the agreement, Mercantile Bank will facilitate the collection of life insurance premium from Zenith Islami Life Insurance customers through Real Time Online Banking System, Mobile Financial Services `MyCash’, Agent Banking and other delivery channels.

Md. Zakir Hossain, Deputy Managing Director & DCBO, Shamim Ahmed, Deputy Managing Director & CAMLCO, Md. Rafiqul Hoque Bhuiyan, SEVP & Head of Mobile Banking Division, Tapon James Rozario, AVP & Head of ILMD (Acting) and Abdur Rahman, GM (Admin) & Company Secretary of Zenith Islami Life Insurance along with other senior officials of both the organizations were present at the ceremony.
